Margaret Ann Mann, passed away at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane on August 13th 2024 at the age of 67 with family by her side.
Margaret was born in Ephrata, Washington to Roy and Betty Jordan on November 14th 1956. Other than moving to Arizona with her family for a few years in the 60’s, she has lived in Washington her whole life.
In the 70’s Margaret met the love of her life, Dale Mann. Dale and Margaret were married in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on January 6th 1983. Margaret and Dale loved having fun together. They did jeep racing, rode motorcycles and loved fast cars. Dale and Margaret had 2 children together, Jordan and Jeanette.
Margaret was a very hard worker. She started working at Carnation (now Simplot) in 1974 and retired from there in December 2020. Margaret spent all of her free time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were the pride and joy in her life and she loved spending all of her time with them. Margaret enjoyed staying busy and she never slowed down, she was a very strong woman. She loved doing yardwork and planting flowers in her garden. She also enjoyed making blankets. She always looked forward to yearly family trips to Seaside, Oregon, it was one of her favorite places.
Margaret is survived by her son Jordan Mann, daughter Jeanette Mann (Edgar Valdovinos); grandchildren Haylee, Rylan, Cadynce, Jayden, Kira and Claire; siblings Dave (Laura) Jordan, Leola Oswalt, Dennis (Fen) Jordan, Tamara (Dan) O’Neal, Daniel (Colleen) Jordan; sister in law Gail Jordan. Along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Mann, her parents Roy and Betty Jordan, brothers Doug Jordan and Donald Jordan, and brother in law Dan Oswalt.
Margaret was very loved and will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
