Let me say this when you seek the best you either find the best or they find you! She knew what she wanted in a partner, she just had to find him :)
Having special qualities requires an honest man, dedicated to the family to help her reach the top of the hill and go down together hand in hand, in 1961 she found in her, Isidro Nájera Ávalos, the perfect partner in every way.
They moved to Odessa Texas where they started a family, then with children in tow they moved to Othello Washington where they raised their children.

She dedicated her life to serving God, and being the best mother ever, she enjoyed her 13 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, always keeping us busy with camping, and fishing, she loved gardening and taking care of her flowers. When she had time she enjoyed sewing and crocheting, she couldn't wait to buy and decorate the Christmas tree with her family. She enjoyed Christmas lights strategically placed around the house.
She loved my dad very much, they were together all the time, during good and bad times, together their bond was strong and solid, this is how I will remember our mom, giving us all that she could, never complaining, just making sure the family was together and strong, just like we were strong to the end!
