Obituary of Richard Donley
Richard Donley 86, was born on October 16, 1929 in Othello and lived happily there his whole life. He died on October 11, 2016 in Kennewick, Washington of emphysema & COPD. In 1954 he married Donna Fay Young. They were married 55 years until her passing in November of 2009 and he has missed her every day for 7 years. Richard was an engineer for the Milwaukee Railroad and truly enjoyed his job. After he retired he was known for his Zucchini bread, which he and Donna would deliver to many friends throughout the community. The two of them didn't know a stranger. He is survived by his daughter, Dana Slate, and son, Dean (Jean) Donley, a grandson, Garrett (Erin) Slate, three great-grandsons; Jackson, Bennett, and Griffin.
