Obituary of Jesus Segura

Jesus Segura, 76, passed away peacefully on March 19th, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Eagle Pass, Texas on August 4th 1938 to Vicente Segura and Guadalupe Contreras. He was married to Celia Segura on December 25th, 1959. Jesus retired from Wilbur Ellis in Othello, WA. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. We can proudly say that he made a lasting impression on everyone he met. His kindness, wisdom, and zest for life will be what his friends and family will miss the most. He instilled in his family to always respect each other, have a strong work ethic, the importance of family, and to always have a well-maintained yard. He is survived by his wife Celia; brother Vicente Segura (Consuelo) of Lufkin, TX, children Maria Segura (Martin Urbina) of Othello, WA; Johnny Segura (Emie) of Tukwila, WA; Dora Martinez (Lambarto Ramirez); of Othello, WA; Celia Swan of Denair, CA; Sonia Segura of Othello, WA; and Diana Flores (Fabian) of Othello, WA. Also surviving are his 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grand children, and 1 great-great granddaughter. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, his two sisters Antonia Flores and Guadalupe Garcia, and his brother Raul Segura. The viewing was held on Tuesday, March 24th at Stevens Funeral Chapel in Othello, WA. The funeral services were held Wednesday, March 25th at the Catholic Church in Othello, WA.
